Albuquerque children are overdosing on fentanyl

Well this is scary…

New Mexico law enforcement say they are responding to an increasing amount of children overdosing on fentanyl. 

Despite the increased need for law enforcement in his district, Gabe Vasquez has called for defunding the police and said shows of support for law enforcement are “propaganda” with “racism at its core value.”

It is well-known fentanyl is flooding across the southern border, and despite the El Paso border entry point just a mere 42 miles from Vasquez’s district getting overrun, he voted against cracking down on the open border. 

“Gabe Vasquez should be ashamed for opening the floodgates at the border, allowing deadly fentanyl to rush into New Mexico, then siding with drug dealers over at-risk kids. Vasquez is part of the problem and he is making life scarier for New Mexico families.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Delanie Bomar
