Things aren’t going well for House Democrats as the DCCC’s polling shows them down three points on the generic ballot in battleground districts around the country, according to Punchbowl News.
Why could that be? Hint — it was House Democrats’ extreme votes:
- Supporting reduced penalties for violent crime.
- Against lower energy costs for American families.
- For more reckless Washington spending of your taxpayer money.
- To raise pick-up truck prices by $2,500.
- Against condemning efforts to defund the police.
NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert said: “Six months into the new Congress and the NRCC already has plenty of examples of House Democrats’ extremism to use for ads that will drive these poll numbers down even further into the gutter.”
