Pat Ryan’s Policies -> NY Migrant Crisis

Democrats are trying to blame Biden for the migrant crisis ravaging New York, but there is plenty of blame to go around. 

Pat Ryan, for one: as a County Commissioner, he made his home county a sanctuary county. Sanctuary county and city statuses invite illegal immigrants and overwhelm already fragile government systems.
