Hypocrite Cartwright votes against environmental funding he requested

Hypocrite Matt Cartwright is playing partisan games hurting Pennsylvanians.

Cartwright bragged about requesting funding for the Pocono Township Environmental Infrastructure project, then turned around and voted to defund the project today.
