Hypocrite Mrvan votes against critical infrastructure funding he requested

Hypocrite Frank Mrvan is playing partisan games hurting his own constituents in Indiana.

Mrvan bragged about requesting funding for millions of dollars in critical infrastructure projects across Indiana, then turned around and voted to defund those projects today.
