Beltway brain infects Marcy Kaptur

“Party over people.” That’s what regular people hate about politicians… but that’s Marcy Kaptur.

Today Marcy Kaptur voted against almost $3 million of funding going to projects throughout OH-09. This is funding she requested – then turned around and voted against because her party bosses demanded it.
