Background:  

• Mondiare Jones tweeted support for the defund the police movement when he stated, “We must reimagine our criminal legal system.”
• In 2021, Mondaire joined fellow Democrats in voting against a motion-to-recommit to provide $73 million toward’s Israel’s Iron Dome Defense Program. This happened mere days after House Democrats rejected efforts to sanction Hamas.
• Mondaire Jones closed up his district shop early after losing out in a Democrat primary, leaving constituents to fend for themselves.
