NRCC Statement on PA-10

The National Republican Congressional Committee released the following statement regarding the frivolous lawsuit filed against Rep. Scott Perry to remove him from the Pennsylvania ballot:

“Democrats know after years of successive losses that they can’t beat Scott Perry, so they’re resorting to political gamesmanship and trying to use our judicial system to disenfranchise Pennsylvania voters.
