Biden’s losing it. What does Matt Cartwright say?

Pennsylvanians learned yesterday Joe Biden is losing his mind:

• First the Special Counsel revealed Biden is an “elderly man with a poor memory” failing to recall basic facts.
• Then Biden proved the point with a “nightmare” press conference in which the 81-year-old mixed up Egypt with Mexico.

But House Democrats’ campaign boss says vulnerable Democrats like Matt Cartwright plan to hit the campaign trail with Biden this fall. So voters deserve answers from Cartwright including: 

• Do you think today Joe Biden is unfit to be in the Oval Office?
• Do you still endorse Joe Biden for re-election?
• Will you commit to campaigning alongside Biden this fall?
