She Just Can’t Help Herself

During a Friday night news dump, Jahana Hayes signed on to a letter to stop weapons sales to Israel–our strongest ally in the region. 

Additional signees to the letter include: Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, Pramila Jayapal, AOC, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.

The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board put this letter extremely bluntly: Cutting off weapons to an ally in wartime would be the definition of betrayal.

This isn’t the first time Jahana Hayes has sided with the extreme side of her party regarding Israel. Late last year she met with the CT chapter of CAIR even AFTER their national leader condemned Israel for the October 7th attack. In 2021, she signed on to a letter praising CAIR.
