Corrupt Val Hoyle’s re-election bid is floundering as her mounting scandals and the cloud of a federal criminal investigation consume her campaign. 

• Hoyle burned a whopping $17,000 on lawyers to defend against the growing scandal, according to a new story in The Dispatch.
• They report she has the least cash on hand and second-worst fundraising of any NRCC-targeted Democrat.
