NRCC Statement on SC-04 Primary Election

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released the following statement on South Carolina’s 4th congressional district primary election:

“Congratulations to Congressman William Timmons on his primary election victory. As a JAG Officer, Captain in the South Carolina Air National Guard and former prosecutor, there is no one better suited to fight for this district than Congressman Timmons. We are confident the voters will re-elect William to Congress this November.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Delanie Bomar

SC-04 is an R+12 and is categorized as a “Solid Republican” seat.
