Gonzalez, Cuellar support fentanyl in South Texas
The latest news about border security should stop all of South Texas in their tracks…
In all their years in Congress, have Vicente Gonzalez or Henry Cuellar done anything to crack down on fentanyl issues? Nope.
Rather, they have consistently made it easier for fentanyl to come into Texas.
Both Gonzalez and Cuellar refused to support legislation designating the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas operating near McAllen and Laredo as foreign terror organizations and giving law enforcement more tools to bring them down.
“Vicente Gonzalez’s and Henry Cuellar’s allegiances are clearly with the cartels refusing to care to protect South Texas from the flood of fentanyl. South Texans deserve someone who will fight for them, and Gonzalez and Cuellar have shown they will not.” — NRCC Spokeswoman Delanie Bomar
