Violent crime spikes in California as Mike Levin enables the crisis

July 2, 2024

Stunning new data showed violent crime surging in California, spiking over three percent last year — on top of the prior year’s surge.

The culprit is Mike Levin and his extreme party’s dangerous soft-on-crime policies that have turned Southern California into a playground for violent criminals.

Levin voted for reduced penalties for violent crime, including murder, carjacking, home invasion burglary and robbery.

Levin earned a 100 percent rating and endorsement from an extreme soft-on-crime group pushing zero cash bail and attacks on police officers.

“Extreme Democrat Mike Levin caters to criminals while leaving Southern California families defenseless against a tidal wave of violence and disorder. Voters reject Levin’s dangerous agenda emboldening criminals.” – NRCC Spokesperson Ben Petersen
