It has been ELEVEN days since Joe Biden’s disastrous debate debacle. 

ELEVEN days in which Laura Gillen has had plenty of time to answer the question on everyone’s mind: Is Joe Biden fit to serve as President? 

But instead, she has dodged the question repeatedly; refusing to answer what everyone wants to know.
