Don Davis supports price controlling Smithfield

When Don Davis endorsed Kamala Harris, he also endorsed her extreme policies. 

Now, ahead of her visit to North Carolina tomorrow, Harris has rolled out an economic plan to set price controls on food producers like Smithfield, putting vulnerable Democrat Don Davis at odds with one of the largest employers in NC-01. 

Smithfield Foods owns 146,336 acres in North Carolina, but Kamala Harris and Don Davis’ new plan would make it harder for meat packers like Smithfield.

“Don Davis owes an explanation to North Carolina farmers on why he is siding with extreme Soviet-era policies that will make their lives harder. Davis will regret giving the middle finger to the agriculture community come November.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Delanie Bomar
