COOK POLITICAL: VA-07 is a “toss up”

Cook Political makes it official: VA-07 is officially a TOSS-UP race.

As polling consistently shows VA-07 to be a dead heat, it’s no wonder Cook Political is the second race ranker to move this district to a “toss up.” Inside Elections moved it to “toss up” in August.

Vindman has faced criticism for inflating his military resume, accusations of violating federal election law, blowback for not being from the district and skipping debates.
