NRCC Releases New TV Ad In CA-22

October 15, 2024

WASHINGTON – The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) today released a new TV ad in California’s 22nd Congressional district.

The ad exposes how deadbeat Sacramento politician Rudy Salas skipped work missing more than 400 votes, but still collected his taxpayer paycheck. Salas collected over a million dollars of taxpayer pay.

The spending comes as part of the NRCC’s previously-announced advertising reservation, which included a significant investment in the Valley. The ad will run in English and Spanish.

SCRIPT:
I work hard for a living. I go to work every day
We struggle, but we get by
So it really frustrates me that Rudy Salas missed over 400 votes in Sacramento
And he still got paid $120,000
We paid him, but he didn’t show up to work
If I don’t show up to work, I lose my job. But not Rudy Salas
He’s a deadbeat. He cares about himself. Not about us
If he doesn’t show up here, he won’t show up for us in Congress
