House GOP’s historically strong fundraising position

October 21, 2024

Republicans have a cash on hand advantage heading into the final weeks of the election, according to last night’s FEC filings.

  • NRCC: $48.8 million
  • CLF: $152.9 million
    • Total GOP: $201.7 million
  • DCCC: 49.8 million
  • HMP: $144.8 million
    • Total Dem: $194.6 million

And as Axios detailed, vulnerable House Republican members are in a strong fundraising position heading into Election Day.

In the last presidential election cycle the DCCC enjoyed an $11 million cash on hand advantage over the NRCC — House Republicans flipped 14 seats.

NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert said: “House Republicans are closing strong. With more available cash to spend down the home stretch, we have a golden opportunity to grow the majority.”
