NRCC Statement on Lalota Winning Debate

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released the following statement on Rep. Nick Lalota’s momentous victory over liberal elitist Democrat John Avlon in tonight’s First Congressional district debate:

“Tonight, Rep. Nick Lalota reminded folks why he is consistently leading John Avlon in the polls: Lalota is a commonsense leader for the issues facing Long Island. Lalota’s lifelong ties to Long Island and long-standing commitment to bettering his home are why he is the clear favorite in this race. From working to bring down costs to bringing home millions in federal funding, it’s clear that Rep. Lalota’s priority is Long Island.
