Mike Levin votes for cartels, endangering Border Patrol agents

Democrat Mike Levin just voted to block the Officer Agent Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act. 

The bill cracks down on terrorist cartels engaging in deadly high-speed chases along the border.
