Marcy Kaptur is voting for a disastrous government shutdown

Marcy Kaptur announced she’s going to vote to shut down the government – just like her radical boss told her to do. Apparently, Kaptur doesn’t want the military or federal workers to get paid, or for her constituents to have access to the critical programs they rely on.
