Does Don Davis not care about North Carolinians at all?

Radical Democrats are pushing are pushing for a government shutdown, and out-of-touch Don Davis is hiding. Will he join his Democrat cronies and callously put politics over people, or will he put North Carolinians first?

If Davis chooses to put politics first, here’s how his vote will hurt North Carolinians – the very people he purports to help:

• North Carolinians’ safety may be threatened as law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers might not get paid.
• There are 730,357 veterans in the state that will lose out on critical programs – including employment assistance programs.
• The 7,838 federal workers in Davis’ district may have to work WITHOUT getting paid.
• NC-01’s 6,857 farmers may not have access to financial assistance – including disaster relief.
• Millions in loan financing for North Carolina’s 1.1 million small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program – which 13,757 children in North Carolina rely on – may be cut off.
