Does George Whitesides not care about Southern Californians at all?

Radical Democrats are pushing for a government shutdown, and out-of-touch George Whitesides is hiding. Will he join his Democrat cronies and callously put politics over people, or will he put Southern Californians first?

If Whitesides chooses to put politics first, here’s how his vote would hurt Southern Californians — the very people he purports to help:

• Southern Californians’ safety may be threatened as law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers might not get paid.
• There are 1.6 million veterans in the state that will lose out on critical programs — including employment assistance programs.
• The 9,146 federal workers in Whitesides’ district may have to work WITHOUT getting paid.
• Millions in loan financing for the state’s 4.2 million small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program — which 50,574 children in California rely on — may be cut off.
