Does Jared Golden not care about Mainers at all?

Radical Democrats are pushing are pushing for a government shutdown, and out-of-touch Jared Golden is hiding. Will he join his Democrat cronies and callously put politics over people, or will he put Mainers first?

If Golden chooses to put politics first, here’s how his vote will hurt Mainers – the very people he purports to help:

• Mainers’ safety may be threatened as law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers might not get paid.
• There are 114,020 veterans in the state that will lose out on critical programs – including employment assistance programs.
• The 7,137 federal workers in Golden’s district may have to work WITHOUT getting paid.
• ME-02’s 8,637 farmers may not have access to financial assistance – including disaster relief.
• Millions in loan financing for Maine’s 157,133 small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program – which 2,080 children in Maine rely on – may be cut off.
