Does Pat Ryan not care about New Yorkers at all?

Radical Democrats are pushing are pushing for a government shutdown, and out-of-touch Pat Ryan is hiding. Will he join his Democrat cronies and callously put politics over people, or will he put New Yorkers first?

If Ryan chooses to put politics first, here’s how his vote will hurt New Yorkers – the very people he purports to help:

• New Yorkers’ safety may be threatened as law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers might not get paid.
• There are 778,522 veterans in the state that will lose out on critical programs – including employment assistance programs.
• The 8,275 federal workers in Ryan’s district may have to work WITHOUT getting paid.
• NY-18’s 3,137 farmers may not have access to financial assistance – including disaster relief.
• Millions in loan financing for New York’s 2.2 million small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program – which 38,360 children in New York rely on – may be cut off.
