Out-of-touch Democrats are pushing America to the brink of a government shutdown. The clock is ticking—will Jim Costa have the backbone to defy his party bosses and fight for Californians or cave to the radical left?

• The 21^st district’s 5,006 farmers may not have access to financial assistance — including disaster relief.
• Millions in loan financing for the state’s 4.2 million small businesses will be jeopardized.
• Funding for the Head Start program — which 50,574 children in California rely on — may be cut off.
