• California’s fentanyl crisis has spiraled out of control: Before California enacted its reckless sanctuary policies, fentanyl deaths were around 200 per year. Now, that number has exploded to 11,000 deaths annually, fueled by drug traffickers who exploit California’s refusal to enforce immigration laws.
