ICYMI: Rep. Mike Lawler named most effective freshman lawmaker

Republican Rep. Mike Lawler was named the most effective freshman lawmaker in the House.

This honor is well-deserved, as Lawler introduced 58 bills, seven of which passed the House, and one was signed into law during his first term in Congress.
