The nonpartisan Center for Effective Lawmaking recently exposed the glaring ineffectiveness of Democrat Steven Horsford’s abysmal legislative record.

Horsford ranked a dismal 147th among Democrats, with just one bill even making it to committee—none advanced, passed, or became law. Embarrassing.
