Out of touch Democrats Derek Tran and Dave Min are once again on the wrong side of a bill designed to crack down on sex trafficking of minors. While Democrats in California move to weaken penalties for buying sex from 16- and 17-year-olds, Tran and Min have remained silent and now we know why.
