California Democrats are in disarray and the primary in California’s 40th congressional district continues to get messier by the day.

Even Democrat strategists are sounding the alarm, warning that a messy, expensive primary is threatening to “hobble them in the midterms” and expose deep divisions within their party.

The clown car of a Democrat primary in California’s 40th congressional district is already full with Christina Gagnier, Joe Kerr, Nina Lihn, Paula Swift, Esther Kim Varet, and Christian Ahmed with more out of touch Democrats expected to pile in within the coming days.
