The DHS has confirmed that the Boulder, Colorado, terror suspect is an Egyptian national who illegally overstayed his visa and entered the United States under the Biden administration.

This vile act of terror is the tragic outcome of the Democrat Party’s extreme agenda: radical policies that embrace open borders, enable sanctuary states like Colorado, and turn a blind eye to rising antisemitism.

Every single House Democrat voted against increasing penalties on those who overstay their visas. Many of those same radical Democrats refused to support a resolution condemning and denouncing the rise of antisemitism.
