Raul Ruiz Votes to Protect Rioters, Not Californians

Radical Democrat Raul Ruiz just voted against a commonsense resolution to condemn the violent riots that took place in Los Angeles. 

Raul Ruiz chose to stand with the rioters and illegal immigrants instead of law and order.
