NRCC Statement on IA-02

Out of touch Democrat Kathy Dolter just jumped in the race to challenge Rep. Ashley Hinson in IA-02.

Just week’s ago, the DCCC’s first choice dropped out of the race because he knew beating Rep. Hinson was impossible. Just look at the facts:

• In 2024, Donald Trump won IA-02 by 10% and Ashley Hinson won by a whopping 15%. 
• In the second quarter of this year, Ashley Hinson announced more than $850,000 raised and a a war chest of over $2.8 million.
