NEW NRCC Battleground Poll: Tom Suozzi & Laura Gillen Let Down Middle-Class Families

A new NRCC battleground survey of 46 House districts, including NY-03 and NY-04, shows out of touch Democrats Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen are vulnerable to losing in the 2026 election.

Every single out of touch House Democrat, including Suozzi and Gillen, created a major political liability by voting against the One Big Beautiful Bill. According to the poll, voters are less likely to vote for a Democrat candidate who:

• Backed the largest tax hike since WWII, $4.5T on 80% of Americans
• Raised taxes $3,000 on the average family
• Cut the Child Tax Credit 
• Fueled inflation with reckless spending
• Raised taxes to fund healthcare for illegal immigrants
• Gave illegal immigrants taxpayer-funded benefits
• Opposed work requirements for welfare recipients
