Min & Tran Oppose Commonsense Military Funding, Jeopardize National Security
Out of touch Democrats Derek Tran and Dave Min are playing political games with our nation’s safety.
Instead of fighting to build a ready, capable, and lethal military ready to keep our nation safe and deter our adversaries, Tran and Min caved to the radical left and voted AGAINST commonsense, bipartisan legislation that:
- Invests over $900 billion to fight drug trafficking
- Improves quality of life for service members with a 3.8% pay raise and improved benefits for military families
- Authorizes nearly $900 billion for national defense discretionary programs
- Reforms the DOD acquisition process, ensuring the efficient delivery of innovative new technologies to the warfighter
- Reauthorizes and expands military bonuses and special pay raises for service members
- Authorizes full funding for the Golden Dome, F-47 fighter aircraft, submarines, warships, and autonomous systems
- Ends left-wing ideology, wokeism, and DEI in the U.S. military
- Authorizes over $361 million for new childcare facilities, $577 million for military medical facilities, and $147 million for new schools for military families
“Democrats Derek Tran and Dave Min are so wildly out of touch and so beholden to the radical left, they can’t even put partisan politics aside to ensure the safety and security of our nation and our troops. Tran and Min’s vote is dangerous, and Californians won’t forget it.” – NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez
