Marcy Kaptur Chose Partisan Politics Over Ohioans, AGAIN

Last week, out of touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur voted to shut down the government and sell out Ohioans.
Her reckless vote could put Ohioans directly in harm’s way:
- Threatening families’ safety due to law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers may be forced to work without pay.
- Blocking 36,550 veterans from accessing critical programs, including employment assistance.
- Forcing 5,239 federal workers in OH-09 to work without pay.
- Jeopardizing millions in loan financing for the state’s 1.1 million small businesses.
- Limiting access to financial assistance, including disaster relief, for 7,995 farmers.
- Endangering funding for the Head Start program that serves 21,315 children in Ohio.
Bottom line: Marcy Kaptur put a partisan stunt ahead of the livelihoods of everyday Ohioans.
