Senate Democrats caved and voted to end the Democrat Shutdown, making Democrat Mike Levin walk the plank for their vote. 

Levin callously inflicted the longest shutdown in American history, threatening law enforcement and military pay, bringing the air traffic control system to the brink and cutting off crucial services to everyday Americans.
