Democrat Adam Gray is the most vulnerable incumbent heading into the 2026 midterms, and his time in Congress is running out.
National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Richard Hudson made it clear, pointing to a strong GOP bench and singling out former Stockton Mayor Kevin Lincoln as a top candidate to watch:
