Democrat leaders continue polling at rock bottom, Republicans are winning on the issues, and we’re running laps around Democrats in the money race: for the first time in a decade, the NRCC has out-raised the DCCC in the first year of an election cycle, while swing-district Republicans are dominating vulnerable House Democrats in fundraising.
