Titus, Lee, Horsford Kill $16M for Roads, Schools, Safety

A new report exposes how out of touch Democrats Dina Titus, Susie Lee, and Steven Horsford gave Nevadans the finger.

They voted NO on more than $16 million for Nevada roads, schools, airports, and public safety projects that their own communities desperately need.

In total, Titus voted AGAINST the funding for $8.88 million in locally targeted Community Project Funding, including:

  • $2,000,000 — D & C Tram System Vehicle Replacement — LAS Airport, NV
  • $1,100,000 — Vision Zero School Zone Safety Improvements — NV
  • $1,000,000 — SR-147 Improvements — NV
  • $850,000 — Nevada Way Rehabilitation — NV
  • $1,200,000 — Charleston Boulevard Preservation — NV
  • $850,000 — Dual Direction Bus Shelters — NV
  • $850,000 — Boulder City Community & Science Center — NV
  • $775,000 — Bike Share Equipment Expansion — NV
  • $250,000 — Energy Resilience & Safety Upgrades — Clark County, NV

In total, Lee voted AGAINST the funding for $4.55 million in locally targeted Community Project Funding, including:

  • $1,200,000 — CC-215 Trail Bridges — Summerlin, NV
  • $2,000,000 — SR-159 Preservation — NV
  • $850,000 — Opportunity Village Northwest Campus — Las Vegas, NV
  • $250,000 — Dual Direction Bus Shelters — NV
  • $250,000 — LAS Airport ARFF Station Reconstruction — Clark County, NV

In total, Horsford voted AGAINST the funding for $3.2 million in locally targeted Community Project Funding, including:

  • $850,000 — LAS Airport ARFF Station Reconstruction — Clark County, NV
  • $850,000 — US-6 Tonopah Downtown Rehabilitation — Tonopah, NV
  • $250,000 — SR-596 Jones Boulevard Preservation — NV
  • $250,000 — Bonanza Road Mobility Improvements — NV
  • $500,000 — Vision Zero School Zone Safety Improvements — Las Vegas, NV
