While working families across New York stretch every paycheck and fight for every dollar, out of touch Democrats Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen voted against the Working Families Tax Cuts legislation that eliminated taxes on tips and overtime.

Now, New Yorkers are keeping more of their hard-earned money where it belongs: in their own pockets, not Washington’s.

IRS data show average tax refunds hitting $2,290, up nearly 11% from this time last year.
