While working families across Texas stretch every paycheck and fight for every dollar, out of touch Democrat Henry Cuellar voted against the Working Families Tax Cuts legislation that eliminated taxes on tips and overtime.

Now, Texas families are keeping more of their hard-earned money where it belongs: in their own pockets, not D.C.’s.

IRS data show average tax refunds hitting $2,290, up nearly 11% from this time last year.
