7th Democrat Joins NE-02 Clown Car Primary

It’s a day that ends in Y which means another out of touch Democrat jumped headfirst into the already messy, expensive clown car of a Democrat primary in Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District. The latest addition to the primary is “progressive and Democratic socialist” Melanie Williams.

Reminder: Previous reporting highlighted that “the mudslinging has begun between the opposing camps” in NE-02 and even Democrat strategists have sounded the alarm, warning that a messy, expensive primary is threatening to “hobble them in the midterms” and expose deep divisions within their party.
