Bohannan’s Agenda Would Endanger Lives

Last night, a deranged gunman attempted to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Thanks to the quick response of Secret Service, the gunman was caught before he was able to do serious harm. 

Unfortunately, Christina Bohannan doesn’t believe we should fully fund law enforcement, and if it were up to her, police would be defunded and abolished:

• In 2020, Bohannan opposed Iowa’s Back the Blue law, dismissing it as “dangerous and disturbing.”  
• As DEI chair at the University of Iowa, Professor Bohannan encouraged students to donate to funds that aimed to “dismantle, defund, and abolish the police.”
• Bohannan is bankrolled by by a defund the police billionaire, who is dedicated to “dismantling systems of punishment” and “divesting from policing.”
• Christina Bohannan voted no on legislation supporting law enforcement, including provisions related to qualified immunity and penalties for protest-related crimes.

Bohannan has repeatedly chosen to stand with the far-left instead of the men and women who put on the badge, endangering lives every step of the way.
