NRCC Announces Addition of 7 Candidates to ‘MAGA Majority’ Program as GOP Expands 2026 Map

Today, National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) Chairman Richard Hudson (R-NC) announced the additions of Barb Regnitz (IN-01), Amir Hassan (MI-08), Mike Bouchard, Jr. (MI-10), Anthony DiLorenzo (NH-01), Jeanine Driscoll (NY-04), Derek Merrin (OH-09), and Carlos De La Cruz (TX-35) to the MAGA Majority program, as the NRCC continues building a strong pipeline of America First candidates to help protect and expand the House Republican majority in 2026.

The latest round of MAGA Majority candidates includes:
- Barb Regnitz (IN-01), a successful business leader and Porter County Commissioner;
- Amir Hassan (MI-08), a father, U.S. Navy veteran, and former federal law enforcement officer;
- Mike Bouchard, Jr. (MI-10), a U.S. Army Captain veteran, Bronze Star recipient, and third-generation Michigander;
- Anthony DiLorenzo (NH-01), a father, successful business owner, job creator, and community leader with deep roots in New Hampshire;
- Jeanine Driscoll (NY-04), a mother of five children, twice-elected Town of Hempstead Receiver of Taxes, and practicing attorney;
- Derek Merrin (OH-09), a battle-tested conservative leader with a proven record of delivering results in the Ohio legislature;
- Carlos De La Cruz (TX-35), an Air Force veteran, small businessman, and strong conservative with deep San Antonio roots.
The MAGA Majority program highlights a slate of strong candidates running in key battleground districts across the country who embody the Trump agenda: securing the border, lowering costs, restoring energy dominance, and putting American workers first.
The NRCC will provide MAGA Majority candidates with early support, strategic resources, and visibility as Republicans expand the map and go on offense in vulnerable Democrat districts.
With over a dozen Democrats currently sitting in Trump-won seats, the battlefield is already favorable for Republicans, and the MAGA Majority is designed to capitalize on that opportunity.
MAGA Majority is the new name for the NRCC’s long-time Young Guns program.
