Sadly, we’re not surprised. Since Zohran Mamdani took over NYC, Riley has failed to stand up to his socialist policies that are destroying the City and being paid for by Upstate taxpayers. 

Clearly, he would rather cower to his radical Party bosses than fight for his district…
