DAY FOUR: Randy Villegas still hiding

Four days. No explanation. No accountability. No shame from socialist Randy Villegas. 

Villegas and his fellow board members refused to explain why Visalia Unified rehired DeJaun Jones despite prior allegations that he sent inappropriate messages to students. Once back on campus, Jones sexually abused two students, pleaded guilty to 11 felony counts and was sentenced to five years in state prison.
