NRCC on offense. DCCC is MIA

September 3, 2026

Two months from Election Day, the contrast between the NRCC and the DCCC couldn’t be more brutal.

New reports highlight how the NRCC is already putting its historic financial advantage to work, with coordinated ads on the air in more than 20 competitive districts.

The DCCC? Zero ads. Zero districts.

And it gets worse for House Democrats. The only coordinated ads the DCCC managed to run this cycle were during their disastrous primaries, where they lit millions of dollars on fire trying to rescue their handpicked candidates from far-left challengers and lost every single time.

While the DCCC burned cash losing fights against its own socialist base, the NRCC built a war chest. Now Republicans are putting that firepower to work where it actually matters: bolstering GOP candidates, getting on the air early and going on offense across the battlefield.

And at the end of July, the NRCC had more than $92 million cash on hand, compared to just over $80 million for the DCCC, giving Republicans their largest fundraising advantage at this point in an election cycle in 14 years.

“While the DCCC lit millions of dollars on fire trying and failing to save their handpicked candidates from socialist primary challengers, the NRCC built a war chest and is already putting it to work where it matters. We’re on offense with 20 coordinated ads up already, helping our candidates get on air early, and entering the final stretch with the resources and firepower to expand our House majority while the DCCC is still sitting on the sidelines.” – NRCC Spokesman Mike Marinella
